Privacy policy

What we collect

• Orders: your email address, name and country, the products you bought and the amount paid. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never reach our servers.
• Messages and reviews: your name, email address and what you write when you use the contact form or leave a review.
• Waitlist: your email address, if you join a waitlist for a new product.
• Site statistics: which pages are viewed, the referring website and the visitor's country. Our own statistics use no cookies and store no IP addresses; visitors are counted with a daily anonymous code that can't identify you or follow you between days.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Google. To measure whether our ads lead to purchases, our site may use the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies and reports to Google when a visitor who clicked one of our ads completes an order (including the order value and order number). Visitors in the UK, the EU and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and these cookies stay off unless you accept. How we use your data

• To process payments, deliver your download links and send replacement links if one expires.
• To answer your messages and support requests.
• To email you when a product you joined the waitlist for is available.
• To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve the shop.

We don't send marketing emails unless you asked for them, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop for us, each under its own privacy and security terms:

• Stripe, payment processing.
• Cloudflare, website hosting, our database and file storage.
• Resend, sending order and support emails.
• Google, ad conversion measurement, as described above.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Messages are kept while your request is open and for a reasonable time afterwards. Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). Email support@apexifystudio.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
